Cody James Brower, 18, of Bedford, passed away at 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007 at Bedford Hospitality House.

Born Feb. 9, 1988 in Greene County, he was the son of Denny Brower and Sue Edwards.

Cody was a resident at the Hospitality House for the past eight years.

Survivors include: his father, Denny and his wife Debby Bower of Odon; mother, Sue Edwards and her companion Mike Veatch of Bedford; three brothers, Derek Bower of Elnora, Travis M. Bower and his wife Amy Edwards of Westfield, and Chris Bower and his wife Delana Raney of Bedford; paternal grandmother, Betty Bower of Odon; maternal grandfather, Donnie Edwards and his wife Linda of Bloomfield; uncle, James Edwards as well as other uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather James Brower, maternal grandmother, Delores R. Edwards, maternal great-grandmother Helen Blanche Edwards, and grandpa Earl.

Private graveside service will be conducted at Sugarland Memory Gardens in Washington with the Eulogy provided by Donnie Edwards.

Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the pediatric unit at the Bedford Hospitality House.
