She was born in Jackson, Miss., on May 24, 1962, to Bobby L. and Agnes M. (Lynch) Cummins.
She was an independent truck driver and a member of the Cornerstone Church in Switz City.
Survivors include: two daughters: Tiffany M. Reno of Bloomington, and Shawna M. Martindale of Provo, Utah; one son, Michael T. Martindale of Bloomington; and two grandchildren: Brayden Isaic Reno and Miguel Alizey Martindale; four brothers, Bobby Cummins, Jr. of Avon, Philip (Susan) Cummins of Leander, Texas, Paul (Lisa) Cummins of Avon, and Sam Cummins of Helena, MT; two sisters: Darlene (Gary) Potts of Grandview, and Sherrie (Jerry) Dayhoff of Noblesville.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with Brother Greg Orman officiating. Burial will follow at the Switz City Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday.
