Billy Dean Williams

Billy Dean Williams, 61, of Worthington, passed away Monday, Feb. 5, 2007 at St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix, Ariz.

He was born Oct. 26, 1945 in Poland, Ind., to Gilbert and Roberta (Meek) Williams.

He was an over-the-road truck driver for Interstate Distributor Co. and a member of Greene Lodge 577 F&AM in Worthington.

Survivors include: his wife, Patricia (Shoopman) Williams, Worthington; three children: Bobby Williams, Florida; Gary Williams, Bloomington; Tammy Lamar-Williams, Worthington; three step-children, David Gillespie, Bloomington; Tammy Morris, Bloomfield; Jason Bush, Bloomington; one brother, Gary Williams, Worthington; 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Randy Lee Williams; sister, Donna Robertson; one great grandchild.

Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at Worthington Cemetery with burial to follow.

Friends may call at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington 4-8 p.m. on Monday, and after noon Tuesday.

Masonic service will be at Welch & Cornett 7 p.m. on Monday.
