Lela I. "Bobbie" Holtsclaw, 78, of Farmersburg, passed away at 9:50 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 5, 2007 at Lyons Health & Living Center.

Born Aug. 22, 1928 in Dyersburg, Tenn., she was the daughter of Claude and Lola (Bailey) Davis.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include: one son, Jerry Holtsclaw of Farmersburg; two grandchildren, Melanie and Jeremy Holtsclaw, both of Terre Haute; and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband William H. "Bill" Holtsclaw on Aug. 1, 2006 and her parents.

Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. on Thursday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will be in Ridgeport Cemetery in rural Bloomfield.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, and one hour prior to service Thursday.
