Born May 16, 1933, in Monroe County, she was the daughter of Dwight and Mildred (Carter) Jackson.
She was a retired reservationist with Southwest Airlines. She was a member of the Indiana Avenue Church of Christ.
Survivors include: her father, Dwight Jackson of Bloomington; two daughters, Julie Van Ormer of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Joni Mock of Mesa, Ariz.; one son, Scott Abram of Hurst, Texas; three grandchildren, Sean Paul Mock, Amanda Mock, Dawn Michelle Wilson; one great-grandson, Cody Wilson; two aunts, Jessie Hays and Maxine Belcher, both of Bloomington; one uncle, Audley Carter of Linton; and many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Abram Jr.; her mother, Mildred Jackson; one brother, Jerald Dean Jackson; and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Carter, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jackson.
Service will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Allen Funeral Home in Bloomington with the Rev. Pat Arthur officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
