Mildred Kathleen "Kay" Marshall, 78, of Odon and formerly of Bedford, passed away Monday, April 16, 2007 at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one daughter, Karole Norris of Loogootee; six sons, Bill Marshall, Kim Marshall, Timothy Marshall, Jon Marshall and Thomas Marshall, all of Bedford, and Barry Marshall of Crown Point; three brothers, Walter Manning and Gene Manning, both of Bedford, and Robert Manning of Odon; and one sister, Lois Flynn of Lyons.

There will be no service or visitation.

Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Bedford is in charge of arrangements.
