Robert L. Laughlin, 75, rural Switz City, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2007 in Texas.

He was born March 31, 1932 in Greene County to Emerson and Nellie Laughlin.

He was a member of the Methodist Church in Lyons.

Survivors include: his wife, Linda (Brown) Laughlin; three daughters, Stacy Anderson, Susan Laughlin and Sara Beth Laughlin; five grandchildren, Dustin and Jacob Hellums; Jalen, Jaden and Jarren Pfoff; three sisters, Mary Lou Zimmerly, Lois Jackson and Janice Herndon.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Bonnie Bechtel; and two brothers who died in infancy.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
