Katherine L. (Cathy Gibson) Decker, 48, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, April 6, 2007, in Indianapolis.

Born in Linton, on Oct. 26, 1958, she was the daughter of Donald H. and Iris Jean (Lockhart) Gibson.

A 1976 graduate of Shakamak High School, she was a nurse's aid and homemaker.

Survivors include: one daughter: Crissy D. Decker of Indianapolis and one granddaughter Tristen Clark; four brothers, Donny W. (Cathy) Gibson of Indianapolis, Jim R. (Cathy) Gibson of Greenwood, and Doug L. Gibson of Sheridan, Matt J. Gibson of Frankfort; and a Nedra C. (Randy) Minardo of Noblesville,

She was preceded in death by her mother, Iris Jean (Lockhart) Gibson.

Funeral service will be held 1 p.m.Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Orman officiating. Burial will follow in the Stafford Cemetery north of Sandborn.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel.
