Susan Alice Hilderbrand, 57, of Springville, passed away at 7:42 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2007 at Bedford Regional Medical Center.

Born Nov. 1, 1949 in Clinton, IA, she was the daughter of James Donald and Marian L. (Kettleson) Green.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving relatives include: her husband, Cosby Carl Hilderbrand of Springville, whom she married April 18, 1975; one son, Cosby C. Hilderbrand III of Doans; one daughter, Caryn L. Hilderbrand of Bloomington; her mother, Marian L. Green of Douglasville, Georgia; one sister, Barbara Park of Douglasville, Georgia; one brother, Michael Green of Jonesboro, Georgia; three grandchildren, Izabelle Grace Hilderbrand and Amya Sue Hilderbrand of Doans, and Marley Alice Hilderbrand of Bloomington.

She was preceded in death by her father and her mother-in-law.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Tom Lapham officiating. Burial will be in Dishman Cemetery in rural Springville.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday at the funeral home.
