Carolyn K. Pinkham

Carolyn K. Pinkham, 75, of Washington, passed away at 12:18 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2007 at Washington Nursing Center.

Born July 31, 1932 in Bangor, Maine, she was the daughter of Clyde and Grace Hillman Kealiher.

A graduate of Gordon College in Boston, MASS, she taught primary school for nine years and was a homemaker. She was also a member of the Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her husband, Leroy Pinkham, whom she married on June 30, 1956; two sons, Timothy (Peggy) Pinkham of Washington and Stephen (Kandi) Pinkham of Arlington, WA; a daughter, Ruth Pinkham of New Jersey; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Marilyn F. (William) Johnson of Quincy, MASS.

She was preceded in death by Joel Pinkham and one infant brother, Bates Kealiher.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Poindexter-Hall & McClure/Washington Chapel with Brother Myron Young and Brother Louis Showers officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donatiaons be made to Grace Christian School.
