Penny S. Bays

Penny S. Bays, 41, of Switz City, passed away 11:11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.

She was born July 29, 1966, in Indianapolis, her parents were Richard & Ruth A. (Griffith) Connell.

She was a homemaker and was a member of the V. F. W. Ladies Auxiliary in Worthington.

She is survived by one daughter, Trisha Bays, Linton; a son, Scotty Bays, Worthington; one sister, Julie Schaffer, Switz City; ex-husband, Scott Bays.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service Welch & Cornett Funeral Home, in Worthington, 1 p.m., Wednesday with Lester Connell officiating. Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 p.m. until time of service on Wednesday.
