Waneita Pearl, 93, of Linton, passed away at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, at Rosewalk Village in Indianapolis.

She was born May 29, 1914, in Jasonville, the daughter of William and Eva Leona (Hochstetler) Terrell.

She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Linton.

Survivors include: a daughter, Mary Jane Pierce of Indianapolis; two grandchildren, Cheryl Fitzgerald and her husband, Sean, of Indianapolis and Charles Bass and his wife, Carolyn, of Indianapolis; and two sisters, Hazel Burris and Mary Lou Gouckenour, both of Linton.

She was preceded by her parents; her husband, Allie T. Pearl, Nov. 9, 1987; three brothers, Roy Terrell, William Terrell and Robert Terrell.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton with Rev. Doug Witt officiating. Burial will follow at Worthington Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday.
