Deanna C. Holtsclaw, 33, of Bloomfield, passed away at 5:53 p.m., July 13, 2007 at IU Medical Center in Indianapolis.

Born Sept. 28, 1973 in Linton, she was the daughter of Jim Carmichael and Mary Vandeventer.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving relatives include: her husband Terry L Holtsclaw of Bloomfield, whom she married March 10, 1997; one sister, Susan Vandeventer of Bloomfield; her father, Jim Carmichael of Bloomfield; Mother, Mary Carmichael of Bloomfield; three half-brothers, Ronnie Vandeventer of Kentucky, and Glen and David Carmichael, both of Elnora; a host of aunts and uncles; four nieces; one nephew; four great-nieces, and two great- nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harley and Mary Carmichael and Floyd and Fern Vandeventer; three aunts; three uncles, and one nephew.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Sylvania Wesleyan Church, with Rev. Forrest Collings officiating. Interment will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in rural Bloomfield.

Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at Sylvania Wesleyan Church.
