Orville E. Parsley, 84, of Loogootee, passed away at 4:22 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at the Mitchell Manor Nursing Home in Mitchell.

The body was cremated and graveside memorial services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. (Central Time) at Kentucky Ridge Cemetery located on State Road 58 in Greene County. Graveside military rites will be conducted by Bloomfield American Legion Post No. 196 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

Brocksmith Funeral Home in Loogootee is in charge of arrangements.
