She was born in Linton on July 10, 1960, the daughter of Alonzo J. “Lon” and Bonnie L. (Combs) White. Vera was a 1978 graduate of Linton-Stockton High School. Tulip Trestle Community Restoration receives go-ahead for upgrade via Greene County Commissioners
