County and Worthington agree on sewer route

The Greene County Redevelopment Commission and the Worthington Town Council met Monday to sign an agreement between the county and the town on a sewer line that will run from Worthington Generation to the town's wastewater treatment plant. Last month, the town council signed a contract with Worthington Generation LLC, to accept wastewater to be hauled by Provo Septic Systems trucks and eventually piped, from their plant south of Worthington, into the town's wastewater treatment plant. ...

Porch Lights on for Public Safety Day is a part of the national Night Out Against Crime. "It is a way of making people aware. There is a lot of crime in Greene County.
