Out of respect and admiration for an old friend of mine and a good friend to my Dad, I'm going to close this blog for a period of time.

I have always enjoyed these types of literal, comical and sometimes rhetorical volleys. I had tried to disburse some of my light-hearted comments to other blogs long before I began writing this rather insouciant article for comment. After being asked to write this and thoroughly enjoying the unexpected conviviality, I must sincerely thank all of those who have been so supportive.
I chose to shut this blog down for a few days in honor of Jimmie K. Wright and his family. Losing a loved one is really a difficult concept for a lot of people to comprehend. I have passed this way before and I do not totally understand it yet. It is good to hold on to the keepsake memories of Jimmie K's life, as we remember them individually and collectively, but it is also our duty to honor the countless, mingled emotions of a family who has lost a loved one, especially one so dear, who has been so cherished by all throughout their lives.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and God Bless Jimmie K and his family.
I sincerely hope you enjoyed doing you blog, I know many who did. I certainly respect your decision and hope to read more from you in the future. I know everyone wishes you the best. Thank you.
