Duke's in town - lights out at midnight in Worthington

It's around 11 p.m. and crews from Duke are gathering down around Vest's, the WPD is out and about, and an officer just said it looks like they are going to make the line repair tonight. The weather radar screen shows rain heading our way but as far as anyone can tell, they're going ahead with the planned blackout in Worthington. Looks like it's lights out at midnight.
