Attention multi-taskers:

Have you stretched yourself SO far that you've forgotten just where you start or end?

Do you tend to talk on the cell phone while doing the laundry? Or maybe you eat dinner while texting or drive to the grocery store while scheduling a doctor's appointment? Ever tried to catch come zzzs while watching the tube?

In this day and age, we are all guilty of trying to accomplish this and that in record time, no less.

We have gadgets to remind us, gadgets to entertain us and gadgets to interrupt us.

We think of time in doing more for tomorrow so we feel complete about yesterday and in the mean time forget all about today.

Sometimes we stir that equation up and give it a twist or shake but nonetheless it all ends up the same. Then life becomes a blur of to-dos and have-dones.

So, where does that leave us at now?

(Now being the word of the moment.)

Is it possible to live right now and enjoy it to the maximum even if we are at work, stuck in traffic or waiting in line?

After all, tomorrow and yesterday only truly exist as an idea because yesterday is over and when we get to tomorrow it becomes today.

Time is a tricky thing.

We spend our days wishing away lots of it as we look for Friday, pay day, the perfect day or our wedding day.

Sometimes we look back wishing we'd have changed this or that. But, we can't go back. We can only go forward.

Moment by moment.

Enjoy your moments no matter where you're at.

After all, life is made up of nothing more and nothing less than right now.

And right now is the perfect time for being alive.

Just for the sake of pure curiosity, (may I call you Timberly?), will you share your thoughts on what you believe will happen when you are no longer alive? What do you suppose comes after our last tick-tock?
